Creating a culture of (neuro)inclusion and belonging within your community.

What I do:

Educate

Using insightful statistics and hard-hitting facts, presentations and trainings are designed to inform and inspire, fostering a greater awareness of neuro-inclusivity within your community.

Engage

Holding space for collaboration and reflection, engaging workshops and seminars apply neurodiversity concepts to create active change within your community.

Consult

Listening to your needs, I create solutions and strategies designed to foster a safer, more inclusive space for neurodivergent individuals within your community.

Globally, it is estimated that up to 1 in 5 of the world’s population is neurodivergent.

What is neurodiversity?

Neurodiversity is an umbrella term used to describe a range of neurological conditions including, but not limited to, ADHD (attention deficient hyperactivity disorder), autism spectrum disorder, OCD and dyslexia.

In essence, when we talk about a person being neurodivergent, it refers to someone’s brain functioning and processing information differently than the majority, neurotypical brain.

I help people embrace, support and celebrate neurodivergent individuals.

Meet Bella

As a neurodivergent person, I approach this work with lived experience. When I received my diagnosis of autism and ADHD in my early 20s, my eyes were opened to how organisations fail not only to understand neurodivergent experiences, but also approach talking about disability.

I’ve learnt how much loss of potential there is when a community doesn’t acknowledge, support and empower different minds.

There is so much magic in difference.

My mission is simple:

Creating awareness of neurodivergent experiences, so neurodivergent people can thrive and fulfil their greatest potential.
