Neurodiversity educator and facilitator
My work supports neurodivergent adults who are trying to create a more sustainable life for their messy brain and body, as well as organisations and professionals who want to better understand and support neurodivergent people.
Ways to work with me:
-
For Neurodivergent Individuals
Resources and community events for neurodivergent adults trying to create a life that works with their messy brain and body (not against it).
-
For Organisations and Professionals
Educational presentations on autism, ADHD and late diagnosis for workplaces, managers and professionals supporting neurodivergent adults
Lived experience meets professional practice
My work is shaped by my own lived experience as a late diagnosed autistic woman with ADHD, a master’s degree in Cross-Cultural Studies, my work as an autistic peer-consultant at Københavns Kommune.
I am especially interested in the parts of neurodivergent life that are difficult to see from the outside: hidden effort, fluctuating capacity, late diagnosis, burnout and the gap between understanding something intellectually and recognising it in your own life.
